Getting on the radar
Following a vision and building up a noticeable marketing strategy over 3 years resulting in a significantly improved customer and public image of CM (Car Multimedia division) and capabilities in HMI in particular. Leading edge strategy revolved around the annual highlight event - worlds’ biggest consumer electronics show CES in Las Vegas. Initial project developed under unfavorable conditions and time constraints. Defeated the odds and managed to bring this vision to life with a small core team of less than 10 people in under 5 months.
